Once received by the Labor Division, the information you provide on the following pages will be processed and validated.  If all your information is correct, you should receive your new license within a few days.

If we are unable to process your renewal, you will be informed of the reasons for denial and asked to correct any problems.  If your contractor license non-compliance issues are not resolved within fifteen (15) days of the renewal date, a $25 fee will be assessed.

This Online Renewal Process allows you to renew your Contractor's License with the West Virginia Division of Labor's Contractor Licensing Board. Upon receiving payment your information will be verified and a license issued if you are in compliance. At this time we only accept credit card payments for contractor license renewals via this website. We do not accept credit cards by phone.
